William Cole’s development history goes back to our first golf project; Renditions, Golf's Grand Slam Experience, in Davidsonville, Maryland. We partnered with Landscapes Unlimited, a premier golf course contractor and operator, to design, develop and operate one of the most anticipated golf courses to open in Washington, D.C. market in the past twenty years. 

 

Today, William Cole is an accomplished hotel developer. The Stella Hotel (an Autograph Collection Hotel) in Bryan, Texas opened in 2017 and was the region’s first boutique, lifestyle hotel.  The Josie, a ski in, ski out hotel steps from the lifts at Red Mountain Resort in Rossland, British Columbia, opened in late 2018 and is also part of Marriott's Autograph Collection.

 

The company has led the design and development efforts on numerous golf course clubhouses, including Traditions Club, home to the Texas A&M Golf Teams, which opened in 2010.  Our experience as a hospitality operator and service provider extends to golf courses in Texas, Maryland, West Virginia, and California.  We rely on that experience every day to create welcoming environments.
