William Cole is well underway with golf course renovations at Rayburn Country Resort, with new greens complexes, irrigation, bunkering and drainage being installed by contractor Heritage Links of Houston, Texas. William Cole overseeing new home building company at Traditions Community in Bryan, Texas.  Owned by the Traditions Acquisition Partnership, the home builder will focus on garden homes within Traditions. William Cole named Asset Manager at Rayburn Country Resort by new owners, will oversee multi-million dollar renovation program for the golf course, clubhouse, hotel plus develop new waterfront amenity.  William Cole is also handling all real estate development, sales and marketing along with operating all on-site and future amenities.
